Gentlemen:
I am voluneering at the United Way this fall. Due to the incoming storm the United Way has gone into disaster preparedness mode. They need volunteers to help man a Crisis Hotline to ease 911’s burden leading up to the storm. They also need volunteers for community help immediately following the storm. I’m not asking for anyone to put themselves at risk, but if you are planning on staying until Friday morning and have secured your property, we could really use your help. Please email me ASAP, my cell is pretty spotty right now, and let me know if you can help, and what time you are available. I can call you with more detailed information. This is a great chance to both help your community, and to get some good PR for the team. Please help.

Brevard County Animal Services has been on alert since yesterday(tuesday) and either take your animals with you or call our office at 633-2024 for any more information. We are opening the greyhound track in melbourne off of wickham for a temp shelter! But space in limited there to 200 animals I THINK???…… DO NOT be a loser and leave your animals at home and split!! TAKE them with you!! Unless they are a cat…then I could care less what you do with it! my dogs could always use a snack! Madatory Evacuation for beachside including Merritt Island 2pm tomorrow (thursday)! Lets hope this bitch turns away from us some!! IF not, be safe and rock on!!!
