Here’s a checklist for each game.
We have team Red Eye t-shirts that we warm up in prior to matches. These are mandatory and only cost $5. Corkey usually has a fresh supply at all home matches.
Don’t forget home match fees - $5/player. This is used to defer costs at the after party.
Bring a Picture ID with your CIPP card to all matches. CIPP is mandated by USA Rugby and fees are due with your yearly application.
Make sure your club dues are current. Arrange a payment plan with a club official.
Everyone is expected at the pitch at least one hour prior to kickoff.
If you cannot attend a match, or if you will be late, please contact a coach or club official.
If you need other rugby gear (boots, vest, etc), let Lisa Grindle know: 544-9474 or Lg1212fl@aol.com.

Game Day Procedures from the FRU
Please take the time to read the game day procedures below:
CIPP Roster forms are to be filled out before each game. The referee is to verify the names on the roster with a picture ID. Each captain will sign both rosters agreeing that they have been verified.
At the end of the game, the referee will sign both rosters and hand them to the winning team. The winning team will send the rosters via fax, email or snail mail to Ken Simmons by the following Friday. Any rosters not received by Friday will result in a loss of 1 point. 1 point will be deducted for each week the roster is late up to 3 points.
The referee is requested to send the results via email as soon as possible to Gerry Fitzgerald at rugbyreffl@aol.com, Nigel Trueman at trueman@adelphia.net and Ken Simmons at nrfcken@comcast.net.
This will allow us to keep everyone current on game results via the web page as well as email.
It will not be the referee’s responsibility to check CIPP registration or the eligibility of the players.
CIPP will be verified by Ken Simmons via www.usarugby.org. If your players are not listed on the web site, you risk losing points due to CIPP violations.
Player eligibility will be checked only when protested. The protesting team must file the protest to the Referee before the game, at which time the referee will record the protest on the Roster form. There will also be a $25 handling fee(payable to the FRU) for any protests submitted. Submit the protest and all details in writing to Ken Simmons. The protested team will be required to produce the proof of eligibility to Ken Simmons by the following week. If the protest is awarded, the team will be refunded the $25.
At or around the end of March, all teams in the hunt for the South Championships will be required to submit the following paperwork to Ken Simmons:
CIPP roster for team
Photo ID of each player
Proof of eligibility according to USARFU requirements.
Proof of Health Insurance
We will review paperwork to ensure that any team that qualifies for the South will meet all eligibility requirements. If you qualify, but do not have proof of eligibility, the next ranked team will represent Florida.
I have attached the CIPP Roster Form for your use.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Thanks
Ken Simmons

Hey, what’s up,pedro. Do you need any help with the club. Give me a ring if I can be of any service.
Kind regards,
Paul
Paul, how’s it going brother? Great to hear from ya!
How’s the new practice shaping up? I may need your services soon as my lower back is giving me fits!
The club is doing better than we showed vs Jax. We can always use help at training if you just want to get a run or hold a rucking pad or get even more involved. We practice at Rocklege Park starting at 7pm, Tues/Thurs, which is the across the street from the Burger King on Barton and Cogswell. Come on out if you get a chance or meet up with us at JD’s (NE corner of Barton and Fiske) about 9pm.
My best to your family,
pedro
