Formal training scheduled for Tuesday, 12/23/03, has been cancelled. There will be practice on Tuesday, 12/30/03, at 7pm at Rocklege Park. No practices are scheduled for Christmas or New Year’s day.
Cheese is organizing a run in lieu of a formal training session on 12/23/03. There’s also talk about a bleacher or beach run on Saturday 12/27/03 and/or 1/03/04. If your are interested in burning some holiday carbs, give him a shout. With so few training sessions before our first game next season, we will all have to work hard over the holidays to get ready.
Spring season training begins Tuesday, 1/06/04, at 7pm at Rocklege Park. We will train each Tues/Thurs through the end of the season. Everyone is welcomed at these sessions.
On Saturday, 1/10/04, there is a proposed FRU-wide training camp at Cocoa Expo. We will schedule a scrimmage at our pitch if this camp does not materialize.
Our first match is at West Cocoa Community Center on Saturday, 1/17/04, at 2pm.
